Well-equipped and clean gym run by competent and friendly staff. Trainers appear knowledgeable and don't demand "reserved trainer space" during peak times. It gets crowded during peak hours but the clientele are typically friendly and willing to accommodate someone rotating on the equipment. Lots of "fitness influencers" but it's the world we live in and they are considerate of others privacy. If there was one complaint it's that people don't re-rack their weights. This isn't a complaint directed towards the gym, just the clientele who refuse to follow basic gym etiquette.

I often visit various locations of FitX due to travel, and this is by far the worst I've been in. Looks quite dirty - maybe understandable due to the amount of people. What surprises me most is that maybe half of the people training do not use towel, and it's quite disgusting once you are used to respecting the rules in other branches. ZERO control. This was my first and last time here.

If you love to sweat, this is the gym for you. We are in the middle of a heatwave and this gym (which consists of a concrete box with a metal roof) has no air conditioning. You would think that after a "full renovation" that took 6 weeks, they would improve on this as it has been a problem since I started training here 2 years ago. Instead today, with 31 degrees outside and an extreme weather alert, the "outstanding ventilation system" (which consists in 4 or 5 ceiling fans) were doing absolutely nothing, and the windows were OPEN, letting the lovely heat from outside mix with the steam coming from the showers and the heat generated by the people sweating profusely. It's like breathing your own sweat. I have been training in gyms for almost 20 years and in multiple countries, and I have never experienced such a ridiculous scenario. It's a shame because the new equipment and layout is decent.
