I've been training with Katarzyna Szmyd and Dorota Rogacz-Mańka for over two years. Both instructors are professional, caring, and kind. They know what they're doing. They tailor exercises to each person's specific needs. They always ask how I'm feeling that day. This is very important to me, as I'm 73 years old. Throughout this time, I've never had any health complications; quite the opposite - I feel better and better. Regular exercise is a source of health and energy. A very good, intimate studio. I've been attending for several years, both group and individual classes. Thanks to the exercises, I avoided surgery and improved my fitness and endurance. I highly recommend it.
