Gimnasio Fit Master - Gym in 05-091 Ząbki, Poland

The gym is small but has plenty of machines. If you're avoiding chain stores and junk shops, you've come to the right place. Upstairs, there are treadmills (opposite a large TV), Roletic elliptical bikes (a very powerful roller!), a vacuum vibration platform, and a warm-up area with TRX kettlebells, etc.

I was there in March and was very pleased :) There's a lot of equipment for such a small space. At 12 noon, there were very few people. It had a relaxed atmosphere, like a '90s gym. Everyone said hello and chatted. It really brought back memories :) There are two showers in the locker room and benches for changing. There's a small parking lot in front of the gym. It's worth stopping by for a workout.

Two gyms for the price of one pass?...that's no longer the case, or at least in Ząbki (only one since January 2019, as the one on Skorupki Street has closed). I see the other one is in Radzymin, but it's too far for me. Decent machines, decent free weights. Great, even fantastic, service and atmosphere. The staff are happy to help. Prices are normal. Unfortunately, the gym on Skorupki Street has been closed since January 2019. Admittedly, I didn't go there often, preferring the one on Harcerska Street. However, now all the clients go to Harcerska Street. Because of this, parking has become crowded on Harcerska Street. Finding a parking space has also become a problem sometimes... especially on Monday afternoons or on Fridays when there's an event at the hotel across the street. However, it must be admitted that the owner has tried to salvage the situation by renovating and rebuilding the facility on Harcerska Street. The new men's locker room and showers are a big plus, as the previous shower wasn't very inviting... now there are two new ones. Moving the locker room upstairs has added new machines downstairs, which is a plus, but despite the renovation, it's still cramped, and the population of Ząbki is growing rather than shrinking, so you can expect it to get even busier over time. Upstairs is the cardio section... treadmills, vaccuum trainers, exercise bikes, and a small room for stretching exercises, etc. From what I understand, along with the gym on Skorupki Street, all fitness classes, Zumba, trampolines, boxing, etc., have disappeared from the offer. Despite this, I give it a 5* because I like this gym and, despite everything, I recommend MasterGym. The equipment allows for a varied and personalized workout. It's a relaxed, stress-free atmosphere. No matter what you look like or what your fitness level is... you can always count on help. The rest is up to you... the workout won't do itself ;)

On May 4th, I and a few other gym members arrived for a workout at the gym's opening time, which was 7:00 a.m. Unfortunately, the club was closed. According to other people, the opening time was 7:45 a.m. at the earliest. This is a very unpleasant situation, and it's hard not to perceive it as a disrespectful attitude toward clients, especially those planning their day around a morning workout. I hope the club will learn from this and ensure it opens on time, in accordance with its advertised opening hours.
