Came as an Aussie tourist looking for day pass. 39 PLN good price and the gym is super well equipped lots of free weights and machines. Busy at around 5:30pm when I went but nothing crazy. Very clean. Highly recommend for tourists!
Well Fitness is an excellent gym in a great location. It is well equipped, with quality pull-up bars, free weights, and benches that cover all training needs. Machines are bit old & definitely not adapted to natural body movements. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a solid place to train.
The lady at the front desk is lovely and very welcoming. If you train with headphones and don’t mind a completely dead gym atmosphere, this place could suit you. A day pass costs 39 PLN, which is cheap for Warsaw. On the downside, the machines are very outdated and didn’t feel particularly clean. Weight plates were left all over the gym, and finding a 20 kg plate meant a long walk. The gym is also extremely quiet, you could hear a pin drop, which might not be for everyone.
The persons who work there , they are incredible disrespectfull. I was unable to enter the gym due to an error on your part. Instead of resolving my problem, your employee started making fun of me. You put me in a situation where I paid for the service but couldn't use it. I demand that my problem be resolved. Your employee, instead of solving my problem, laughed in my face, mocked me, and even asked if I had a learning disability in English. Is this how you console yourselves? I am not the one exhibiting aggressive behavior; you are. I would be very grateful if you would refund the cost of the days I didn't use the gym, because of this unpleasant attitude, I will never come to Well Fitness again. McFit was much better than you. Seeing your attitude, I understand why your employees are so disrespectful. First, get training on how to run a business, how to talk to customers, and how to address them properly, then run your business.
You have to wait in line for minutes for each machine. The ventilation is inadequate, and the smell of sweat makes it impossible to stay inside. The cleanliness is terrible; everything you touch is covered in dust. Although the company claims to clean regularly, this is insufficient. They have a very arrogant workforce. They are also lacking in problem-solving skills.
Sunday: open 24 hours. It is closed on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Hours come from the gym's Google listing and can change on public holidays.
