Trong Tan the manager is VERY helpful. The gym has all the machinery a beginner/intermediate or advanced bodybuilder would love having, also trend mills and other aerobic equipment, they have some other trainings/courses...

Nice gym with decent membership fee. Less than 500k/mo if you subscribe long enough.
Next to Ky Hoa hotel, quite and clean in morning but look overloaded in evening. Equipment is acceptable but facilities (bathroom, showers) need to be improved.
