Amazing Hamam and massage. Staff is very friendly and great at what they do. Highly recommend this place. Winnie gave me a great massage! Selwa gave me an excellent Hamam. 10/10 experience
Good place Staff are very welcoming, clean as well i took pack of Taj Mahal wish was a Hammam with black soap scrub with traditional glove scrub with coconut butter Ghasoul body mask face & hair mask than one hour of Candle Massage ,wish was so relaxing as professional Beautician Therapist how do a range of treatments and trying many different nationalities on massage I can tell Bouchra you have magical hands cheerful tone voice and good attitude , I wish from your side to work more on developing your skills and more training and am sur one day you ll have a position in international Spas 🥰 Thank you all for making my end of year 2022 special 🙏
Excellent SPA in the city centre of Casablanca! I cam here twice. The first time, I was satisfied with the Royal Pack Massage with the chocolate scrub. Really worth it! Masseuse was experimented. I understand they work in the dark during daylight but the single pack masseuses could be more welcoming and nicer. If a member of your staff doesn't like her job, she should terminate it at the risk of the reputation of your SPA.
I came here expecting a good experience after a recommendation but the service was very poor. The therapist rushed the scrub and soap and just wanted me to spend all my time in the shower or relaxing area. Would not recommend at all.
Their appointment system is a mess. There's no communication between reception and the staff. This is for the men's barber. It took me three appointments just to get a haircut. Decent cut overall but never again.
