Well Fitness is an excellent gym in a great location. It is well equipped, with quality pull-up bars, free weights, and benches that cover all training needs. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a solid place to train.
Worst experience I ever had. It's more like scam project than fitness. I bought 1 month subscription and after 4 days I've got a message that my subscription was finished and I need to buy new subscription. Of course I didn't want to buy new subscription, and I asked them to cancel it, but they told me to cancel you need to pay for 5 months 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️. Don't recommend it, but if you want to be scammed that's the place you need.
The worst gym in the whole world. They charged me two times for one month, they do not give phone number to contact, only stupid email address. And its been 1 months, they are not replying, not helping me with my issue and not refunding me the over charge. Instead, they are trying to charge me again. Shameless company. The gym quality is also the worst. They are charging 169 PLN, machines are old, some of the machines don't even work and worn out. Disgusting organization with no work rules or ethics.
**The gym is so-so, but for the center of Warsaw it's a disgrace.** The exercise machines are ancient, this is immediately noticeable. But what's most annoying is the **brazen scheme with locks**. I came for a one-time visit, and it turns out that I either have to pay an extra **8-10 € for this piece of metal**, or nervously look around every five minutes while my things are dangling in an unlocked closet. Of course, **no one is responsible for anything** - apparently, stealing personal items is considered part of the training process here. But that's not all. Want some water? **Pay 40 zlotys.** I understand that the gym wants to make money, but **making money on the basic needs of clients** is just plain cynical. Safety? No, you haven't heard of it. Comfort? You're kidding. The only pluses are the cleaning ladies. **Kind, helpful**, helped me get my bearings. The administrator, apparently, only cares about the money going into the register. She doesn't care about anything else. **Conclusion?** This place **doesn't deserve your money or your time**. I won't just not come back - **I'll talk others out of it**. Because when a place **doesn't give a damn about its customers**, it has no right to be called good.
