I am a 15-year-old 9th-grade high school student. I told my school's physical education teacher that I wanted to do kickboxing, Muay Thai, and self-defense sports, and that I wanted to grow taller and lose some weight. The sports teacher referred me to Eurosportcenter Youth and Sports Club in Bursa, one of the very few places that officially issues certificates and licenses according to the Ministry of National Education's regulations on social and sports activities. He directed me to their expert instructors, Mehmet and Murat. I asked them to give me a leg stretching program. Thanks to this program, I now have 4cm of space left on the ground in the eagle leg raise stance. There was no pain during the stretching exercises; it allowed me to stretch my legs beautifully in a healthy way, preventing muscle tears and injuries. I became able to defend myself and learned kickboxing techniques on the punching bag, practicing with each other and using a striking pad. I am very happy with the club now; I get along very well with my fellow athletes, and there's a warm, family-like atmosphere. I plan to continue. The fees are very reasonable, and student discounts are available. I recommend this sports club to everyone.
