Very good gym, the staff is very kind and welcoming. It can be difficult at first for a foreigner because they are some rules to follow which I was not used to, and its often in Japanese language, like you have to write the time you plan to exit the rack you are using in the free weights area. But apart from that it was a pleasure to go there, the locker room and the bathroom are so clean. A good place to go if you want to have a good workout with nice machines.

Helpful advise for foreigners. - You need to register online and buy "tokens" in advance, it's a bit cumbersome but doable - You need to book a specific time slot - Gym is generally okay and have everything you need for all types of training but it's not premium by any standard - Staff is generally friendly though there are a lot of rules to follow - Tattoos generally not allowed but we're allowed to cover up with clothing and tape as they are not too big/visible - For bigger equipment such as squat racks/bench press/cable machine you need to "book" a 20 min slot by writing the timestamp on a whiteboard by the room entrance. This was new to me but it's not a problem once the staff informed me. - Biggest let down is the other people, very clearly not particularly happy with foreigners around.

Overpriced ($20USD for a day pass) for a small gym with minimal selection. What's worse is that there are some incredibly rude people working out here and the staff doesn't do much about it. I had one person yell rudely at me while using a machine - the staff apologized on his behalf but did nothing to remediate the situation. Do not recommend coming here

Should I booked this gym via ClassPass and I saw generally good reviews and it's close to my hotel. So I thought, "why not!" However, as soon as I entered, and obviously, because I am American, I have tattoos there are no descriptions or indications on ClassPass telling you that you have to cover up tattoos. When it came to working out, the gym, staff literally approached me to tell me that I have a maximum amount of 20 minutes to use free weights, even though there are no other people around for the machines that I'm currently using and last I'm recovering from a broken foot so I bought specially designed workout slips. The gym staff told me that they counted socks and that I would have to put on regular shoes. Honestly, I understand that some rules are in place and maybe it is very Japanese to follow the rules but give me a break. I would honestly give this place zero stars if it wasn't for the one or two people that were genuinely nice. Oh, and you can't jump rope.
