Great atmosphere. The true iron paradise.
Friendly staff. Decent size with a fair selection of equipment. Change rooms have showers and steam room (no sauna). Gets packed between 17:00 and 18:00. Closed on Sundays.

A nice location and a relatively well equipped gym. Cons: the closing times are odd and do not match most other Virgin Active gyms in the area. Parking is okay however there is always a wretched smell in the car park and the entrance to the gym. Ventilation is poor in the gym... and the music playlist does not match the tempo of the Virgin Active brand.
Too small. It seems to be overly crowded with not nearly enough equipment for the number of free weights members. Every morning there are queues for using the showers. On the topic of showers... poorly designed! Why not... Read more

On the topic of showers... poorly designed! Why not like all the other modern va's? Why this odd diagonal design? Also, why such a large steam room but no sauna? Just poor use of the space.
