キッズ講座が多いので時間帯を選ばないとプールもスタジオも外れです。 きちんとプログラムを見ての参加なら施設的には使いやすいと思います。

地元にあるティップネス。練馬と氷川台に良く通っている。 お風呂もついていてちゃんと浸かることができる。

キッズスイミングで利用。 キッズスイミングの親は安くジムを利用可能。最近太ってるので検討中。ゴルフスクール終わったら行こうかしら。

Mostly cardio machines and a pool. The free weight section is extremely lacking and disappointing. It seems like an afterthought and is shoved in the corner. They do offer a lot of different studio classes that look interesting if that's what you're looking for. They don't accept credit cards.

とにかく汚い 掃除をする人がいないのか雑なのか 掃除が行き届いてないのでスタジオの隅や脱衣所は常に髪の毛や埃がたまっている とくに脱衣場はドライヤーで髪を乾かしても一部の人しか掃除機をかけないのでクイックルワイパーを二本くらい用意してもいいも思う 分かるところにゴミ箱もないから飴の袋なんかは平気に落ちてる。 入り口のスタッフは作業してると全く挨拶しない 女性スタッフはほぼ全員愛想がないし 対応も適当で言葉遣いがなってない 2階ジム... Read more
