It was nice! It was polish class, so I was repeating the moves and also the instructor was translating for me, no issues here. The studio did everything well, but for some reason wasn’t my vibe.
Anna and her teachers are experts. I took quite a few one-to-one's with Anna and one of her teachers, some time ago. So much more dynamic and productive than any other teacher I've experienced. Dramatic effect on my spine and well being! Wish I could go again.
