Very good gym, i went there for a month when i was visiting tokyo. It was very similar to top class american gym like la fitness (better than that too). I liked the swimming pool and the bathing area. The lap area for running was also very good.

Huge place including swimming pool, soccer club, gymnasium and etc. A little expensive comparing with public facilities.

Decent sized gym with lots of equipment, free weights and dumbbells. It gets quite busy on the weekends and after work though.

I have been a member for over a year now but still feeling not welcomed by their gym staff. Probably the least friendly gym around. Most of the gym is focused around machines and cardio leaving only limited space and equipment for dedicated free weight training. A lot of equipment is old and in unusable condition. From the beginning of this year their fees increased slightly but unfortunately it didn't translate into any improvements for their customers.
