Boxout Workouts

I absolutely love BoxOut. The kids boxing classes have been an incredible experience for my 7 year old son. He's been attending since October of last year and we will never go anywhere else. The gym has such a great environment with an unbreakable sense of community. Shout out to Coach Mason and Coach Rocco for always going above and beyond for every kid I've watched them mentor. The coaches here truly take the time to learn each child and understand how they learn best, which in turn, makes a huge difference in how the kids pick up the techniques. I value this aspect so much because it's very hard to find great coaches that take their role seriously. Theres a perfect balance of discipline, hard work, and fun. My son looks forward to every session, and I've seen so much growth in his focus and skill. I highly recommend BoxOut. Great place! Instructors are awesome and very patient. People who go here are all ages & all experiences/fitness levels, and I felt very welcomed from day one. Highly recommended for someone wanting to learn a new sport or workout, or for those who are more experienced that want trainers to help take it to the next level.

Freakn LOVE this place! I've worked out at many gyms across the country and with many trainers of all levels and BoxOut only has the best of the best. Training here you are sure to receive top notch guidance from some of the most skilled certified fitness coaches around. They offer instruction for all ages and provide expert advice to help you along the way.
