Beast of a gym , everything you will ever need for weight training. Very friendly staff and Ted is a absolute gentleman. If your serious about training you should look no further
High price means I can't go as much as I'd like considering I have other things going on, but the facilities and gym itself is the best I've been to by far.

Teds gym is one of the gyms u can go to when you are wanting to compete for fitness and bodybuilding ted is one hell of a guy and the most friendliest person you will meet and will give u advice top gym with great people
It's like a Tardis, the middle of a row of terraced house walking in is just room after room of weights and benches, all the equipment you need. There is even an upstairs, I never managed to get up there because of the sheer choice! A true hardcore gym.
