my experience with Alex Issaev has been life changing. his knowledge and expertise in the fundamentals of yoga along with the anatomy of the body are truly remarkable. he is patient, loving, kind, funny, smart, and diligent in his teachings. i will forever be his student and i am super grateful to have crossed paths with such a majestic human being. thank you for bringing this gift to my soul.
As a holistic physician and also certified yoga teacher I can say that Alex is among the best yoga teachers I have ever had the honor to practice with and learn from. He embodies what a true yoga teacher should be. I highly recommend him to true beginners and also to seasoned advanced yogis.
Super cozy and spacious environment. Beautiful, relaxing energy throughout my first class. Can’t wait to continue my practice here!
Really great experience, can't wait to go back!
