Отличный спортзал! Новые тренажеры. Чисто.
Great room! Professional trainers !!)
I chose a gym for training, and settled on the Upgrade Zone. In my opinion, the choice is obvious: competent selection and placement of strength and cardio simulators, a set of dumbbells in the free weights zone allows both beginners and advanced athletes to train; equipment for functional training is available. The gym itself is quite spacious, the air conditioner is constantly working, the air temperature is optimal for training. The trainers in the gym are qualified specialists, all trainings are carried out with knowledge of the matter, an individual approach to each client is mandatory and the development of a training program taking into account the wishes and the task at hand. The hall administrators at the reception are responsible for their work, I want to highlight the administrator Evelina separately - at the first visit she showed maximum attention and provided all the necessary information for a complete acquaintance with the gym. Basically, that's it. Good training to all :-)
Why I like it: it's a big and spacious hall, a wide selection of simulators, friendly administrators, there is a shower with hot water, and reasonable prices.
The topic of group lessons is incomplete: if the trainer is sick or on vacation, there is simply no class, it is not visible that someone is trying to find a replacement. Not receiving continuity of classes, she asked for a refund for the subscription - they refused, offering to work out in a gym with simulators or wait for the coach for a week. The coach is ok, the administration is not.
Upgrade Zone holds 4.9 out of 5 across 45 Google reviews. Read a few of them rather than the average alone, since a single score hides whether people are praising the equipment or the staff.
