Brilliant gym, great friendly atmosphere Classes for all levels and instructors are patient and very helpful I would recommend it for anyone just starting out or anyone looking to switch gyms

I have so much fun coming to the gym every week, everyone is so friendly and easy to get on with. I have learnt so much and it is the best way to keep fit. I would highly recommend Jamie.
