Everything about Curves at Caringbah is great, the place, venue and people. All the coaches are welcoming, fun and very professional. I love the variety of exercises embedded in the 30 min workout classes which make all the sessions interesting. I'm so glad I joined, thanks Curves
Curves Caringbah is a fantastic gym for women of all ages led by the highly motivated Nicolle. All the coaches are supportive and lovely. 12 years on for me and I say thank you Curves Caringbah for helping me to improve my health. Give the circuit a go, your fitness and muscles will thank you. 💜
I joined Curves 6 months ago and absolutely love it! Nik & Leah are great coaches, very enthusiastic, warm, and friendly. It's a supportive and nonjudgmental environment, and the rest of the women are always so lovely. I enjoy the variety of classes and particularly when there are monthly challenges that push me to do better. I wasn't in great shape when I first joined from working a desk job, but now with Curves I do a morning class and find it's the best way to start to the day :)
After years of walking & yoga, I felt I needed a boost in my fitness. I wanted to join a gym but couldn't find one I felt comfortable or welcome in. I joined Curves and from day one I felt both welcome and comfortable. The classes are so varied and fun! The studio is airy with easy parking. The staff are absolutely wonderful and have such fresh energy and enthusiasm. I've turned into a gym junkie!! 🤣
The girls at Curves Caringbah ladies gym are motivating with their fun attitude and positive reinforcements. Makes working out daily a joy and a great way to start the day. Even when you don't feel like getting out of bed, it feels great when you do. Strengthens my mind and body as I age. I am sure that I would not be still be going if it wasn't for this special gym and its owner, Nicole and staff. This has got to be the reason that this gym retains so many ladies who have been attending for 15 years plus
