Om Wellness is an amazing place to create community, the energy is very cozy, peaceful and every detail helps you connect, meditate and dance✨🌿 I have done dance classes at the om wellness studio for a whole year and it has been such a safe place to connect with you and others, and have a high-end experience ✨ Adriana has been the most supportive and kindest person 🦋 I highly encourage you to assist to the activities and create more spaces of connections in this wonderful place✨

Om Wellness has been such a beautiful, safe space of loving people where I have both rented space for years and also received care. Gaby truly is the kind hearted, compassionate person full of integrity that she appears to be when you first meet her. She is incredibly reasonable with her prices even though she is powerful and has been doing this work for a very long time. Her heart keeps things accessible and she even offers scholarships for those in need for her various classes and offerings. Gaby is also humble and gracious, she doesn’t put herself on a pedestal and in fact, she continually reminds people they are their own healers as she lovingly and expertly holds space for them to find their own medicine within. She also values collaboration over competition and helps lift up other practitioners to thrive on their own. I’m grateful to have found this space and these people! Oh and it’s also gorgeous and comfortable!

I was going through a hard time mentally and I looked online for a life coach. The second I saw Gaby's face with Om Wellness I felt so drawn to her. When I finally met her in person, she was so warm, and down to earth I immediately trusted her. Her guidance and love have absolutely changed my life for the better. I trust Gaby with my whole heart. She is wholesome and to her core she is kind and full of integrity. I have recommended OM Wellness to all of my friends, family, and clients. I had the incredible honor of taking all my reiki classes with Gaby and Danielle, and couldn’t have had a better experience. They were attentive, grounded, supportive, empathetic, and amazing teachers with so much knowledge. I learned so much and am grateful to have had this life-changing experience with them. As well, I have become close with several of my class mates, and never could have had that without this. If anyone is on the fence about taking classes here, just do it. It is so worth it. My experience at Om Wellness with Danielle and Gabby was deeply disappointing and, at times, emotionally harmful. I enrolled in their Reiki Masters training expecting professionalism, trauma-informed instruction, and a supportive environment. Unfortunately, that was not what I received. Throughout the three-day class, I felt publicly embarrassed and singled out in front of the entire group. When my intuitive abilities started opening during the training, I expected guidance, clarity, and support. Instead, I felt chastised and made into an example, which created unnecessary shame in a setting that should have been dedicated to healing and learning. For the cost of the class it was 1375.00 per student and there were 12 students THEY MADE 16k for 18 hours of work. The actual level of care and professionalism did not reflect what was promised. Students were not offered basic courtesies like snacks or drinks. We were required to purchase additional materials that I believe should have been included. More importantly, there was no emphasis on ethics, boundaries, or trauma-informed practice, all of which are essential when working in energy healing. This experience left me feeling hurt, unvalued, and concerned about how unregulated Reiki instruction can be. I believe strongly that anyone offering this type of training should be properly trained in ethics, emotional safety, and trauma-sensitive approaches. I am sharing this because I hope future students receive the support, compassion, and professionalism that were missing from my experience. Healing work is sacred, and those who teach it should uphold that responsibility with care, integrity, and respect.
