Excellent workout with Ivka and Monika. It's relaxing. I leave home tired for the workout and often don't feel like it. But the atmosphere and workout are fantastic. After it's over, I feel reborn.
Dominik is an excellent physiotherapist. He always helps. And you immediately feel better after exercising 🙂
A consultation with a physiotherapist helped me correct some exercises and discuss how to prevent "snapping" in the future. I also had a great massage. I recommend
My go-to place in Bratislava for manual therapy and massage. They manage to fix me almost always. The schedule is usually pretty full (which also says a lot)!
Wonderfully 😁👍🏻
