We chose to spend a quiet morning here after a couple of days exploring the National Park. We paid £32.28 total for 2 people for 2.5 hours on a weekday morning in June. We booked online and walked in and presented our tickets The lady confirmed that booking time starts from when they scan your tickets + 10 minutes of changing times. You change your shoes before going through. scan your wristband on any block of lockers, take note of the number and press the green button. This will unlock it for you. Find your number and place your things and close the door. We had no issues using their system. The same to unlock, scan your wristband on your own locker block and press yes again to open. It also worked to open and close multiple time. The facilities are very clean. We went straight for the outdoor heated pool with Mountain Views and bubble beds. There is also a warmer smaller heated pool outside that maybe has minerals in. Both were nice. It was very, very quiet on a Monday morning. I wish we’d explored inside earlier as the slides were great. There’s also a bistro that I think just charges to your wristband. There was a lazy river type thing that we didn’t initially see. Also seems to be more hot tubs inside. For £16 each we had no complaints about this place. Would happily return.

Termy Zakopiańskie are conveniently located close to the main train and bus station, making them easy to reach — it takes no more than a 10-minute walk to get there. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the visit pleasant from the start. The facility itself is not very large, but it offers a good variety of attractions, including an indoor swimming pool, several jacuzzis, a few water slides, and two outdoor thermal pools with warm water. It’s a nice place to relax after a day of sightseeing or hiking in Zakopane. However, the water temperature was extremely hot, and the air inside felt quite heavy and stuffy, which made it a bit uncomfortable to stay for a longer time. This may be enjoyable for people who prefer very warm thermal baths, but for us it was slightly overwhelming. Overall, it’s a good place for relaxation in a convenient location, with friendly service and decent facilities, although the temperature of the water and indoor air could be more comfortable.

Thermal Zakopane – A Relaxing Escape in the Heart of the City Thermal Zakopane is a charming and well-organized spa complex that offers a peaceful escape for anyone looking to relax. The facility is divided into two floors: the first floor features a reception area and a small shop selling swimwear, such as men’s shorts for around 73 złoty. The second floor is where you can purchase tickets based on your needs—whether you want to enjoy only the indoor and outdoor pools or both the pools and the sauna experience. For most visitors, using the pools alone is the best choice. The sauna has strict rules that require visitors to be completely unclothed, which may not be suitable or comfortable for everyone, especially tourists from Arab countries or those visiting the city for the first time. The pools themselves are excellent—clean, spacious, and ideal for a relaxing swim. The overall atmosphere is calm and inviting, making it easy to unwind and enjoy some downtime. The facility is well-maintained and thoughtfully organized, contributing to a very pleasant experience. However, one notable downside is the service. The staff are unfortunately not very professional, and their approach to customer service can feel unfriendly at times, which slightly detracts from the otherwise wonderful experience. Overall, Thermal Zakopane is a fantastic place to enjoy swimming and relaxation. It’s perfect for a day of unwinding and leisure, especially if you focus on the pools. Just keep in mind that the sauna experience may not be suitable for all visitors due to its clothing rules. Despite this, it remains a highly recommended spot for both locals and tourists seeking a serene and refreshing getaway.
