Our kids were so thrilled at the park, that even my wife got herself a pass and emoted her time there! Thank you for making this place such an attraction! We're definitely coming back anytime we're in Warsaw!

Great trampoline park! There were no people and the staff was awesome, they helped you with whatever you wanted, were always so nice to you and spoke everyone perfect English. The size wasn't too big but there were everything even climbing wall with many routes. It was for everyone, for people who know how to jump and know some tricks but also for complete beginners. It wasn't too far from the city center (max 30 min.) and it is in a shopping center so there are many shops right next to the park. Honestly it was my favorite part about Warsaw (I know it shouldn't be).

We organised a birthday party for almost 25 kids and unfortunately the overall experience was far below expectations. When booking, the staff confirmed they would give us the largest parents' table they have. Instead, on the day of the party we received a table for barely 8 people, which was quite embarrassing and caused unnecessary stress right at the start. Most frustrating was that during negotiations, I insisted to pay for two tables for parents and answer was: "not possible due to very busy period", actually I evidenced myself that for one birthday celebration getting two table was possible. The ordering system for parents at the cafeteria is extremely inconvenient. They give only one card, so the host is expected to take everyone's orders, walk to the café, and communicate everything themselves. Because of this, I spent a large part of the birthday standing at the cashier. Even then, the waiting time for a simple coffee or tea was more than 20 minutes. Tip: adding one more coffee machine and two more employees during weekends - will make things much smoother. The kids' room was also missing basic necessities like napkins, which shouldn't happen at a children's event where food is served. To be fair, the animators were good - very kind and professional - and the facilities themselves are very good. But the overall organisation, service, and value for the price were simply not worth it. I would not recommend hosting a birthday party here.

One of the worst playroom experiences ever. AIRO is simply an overrated place - the staff does not control the number of people admitted, which causes chaos very quickly and the place is not large so it is not a pleasant experience. There is no staff present on site. In some places it is dirty - wash your hands after playing and you will understand what we are talking about. In addition, the slides are dangerous for children - our son hit his head while sliding on one of them today, thus ending his adventure with this place. The entrance to the slides with pontoons is steep and slippery, even with the right socks a child can slip and hurt. I don't know how this place has such good ratings. There are plenty of better playrooms in Warsaw. I do not recommend this place. We have left early. This place is good for 5+ kids. I do not recommend to even check it with younger kid. CHAOS.
