It was a bit difficult to find at first and looked a bit sketchy but it was probably the best massage I've ever had. Would come back any time. We had a massage for couples and they were very welcoming, friendly and the massage itself was just incredible.

This was honestly unbelievable. I booked a massage and came to the address, but there was no sign at all. I walked around the building twice trying to find the entrance. There's also no photo of the entrance on Google Maps. I called and asked where the entrance was. They told me they had sent an SMS with all the instructions. I said I hadn't received any message and that I was already standing near the building, so could they just tell me where the entrance was. They replied that if I didn't have the SMS, then it must not be my number - and they refused to tell me where the entrance was. That was the end of the conversation. I assume they may be operating illegally and therefore are afraid of the police. Very strange experience. I speak English perfectly, so there was no misunderstanding. My review reflects exactly what happened. I will also contact the platform administration so they can verify whether this place operates with the proper permits. It's possible they are working without the necessary documents, and this should be checked. I recommend choosing another place.

I do get massage on regular basis for years ,either in my home London or wherever I travel . I l communicate through what's app with from London and I made 3 bookings on 21/3 for this weekend for 3 hours ,since when they have English website but the menu is in Polish I requested that all bookings at the city centre beans this was 3weeks ago . Upon arrival today to warsaw ,I contacted them to confirm but the person who take the booking claimed that she does not understand English , despite all her previous communication with in good English ! She cancelled all the bookings including the one in the City centre !!!without asking her to cancel the bookings !! Then she messaged "Bs" and goodby and asked to book online then blocked me!!! I am very astonished that a salon supposed to be professional and ethical ,appoint such kind of unprofessional and rude person . Does the owner check staff CV carefully before employing them or just anyone ,even with such street and mean manners !?? Waste of time ! Avoid 0/5
