It's a very good place, good space, the necessary equipment, and a good atmosphere, although it sometimes gets very crowded. One of the best gyms in the area.
El área de baños y regaderas podría mejorarse mucho. Buen ambiente. Con todo lo necesario para ejercitarte bien. Mucho cuerpo atlético para encontrar motivación.
It's a fairly large gym. With plenty of free weights and machines, and following hygiene protocols, my only advice is to ask (or rather, demand) that its members be more organized. Everything is a mess. Machines and bars are loaded, giving it a disorganized and dirty appearance, even though I know they clean it, and it makes it difficult to find the weights. It's an area for improvement.

Es un gimnasio "básico", los aparatos son un poco viejos y en condiciones relativamente buenas, solo algunos aparatos han sido remodelados. Las regaderas (solo hay 2) están en pésimas condiciones y muy sucias. Los instructores son muy buenos, dan seguimiento a las necesidades y son confiables. No tienen gran variedad en promociones y planes de entrenamiento ya que los planes nutricionales solamente los da el instructor de la tarde y además los da aparte de la rutina de ejercicio, si se quiere tener un entrenamiento integral que requiere un plan nutricional y entrenamiento, los cobran por separado. En general es un buen gimnasio que cubre las necesidades básicas de entrenamiento, para los que ya llevan tiempo ahí, es fácil seguir el ritmo y la manera en que se maneja pero, para alguien nuevo si es un poco más complicado adaptarse ya que, al ingresar no siempre te dan toda la información que requieres para un buen entrenamiento.
