Очень низкий уровень сервиса. Хамское отношение в регистратуре, плохое информирование пациентов о порядке получения услуг, элементарная неграмотность. При профосмотре детям не в состоянии предоставить услуги невропатолога, а за офтальмолога требуют доплату. О низком уровне говорит и принцип работы с врачами: хорошие специалисты принимают на их территории 1-2 дня в неделю, а все остальные дни к этим же специалистам можно попасть в других клиниках. Собственно, офтальмолог к нам и опоздала, потому что приехала из другой клиники, посмотрела моих детей и уехала снова на другую работу. Смотрела вроде неплохо, но в итоге я в том, что стоит именно у нее детей наблюдать дальше (не важно в какой клинике) не уверена. Не возникло ощущения опытности.
