When necessary, the trainers adapt the training to the individual needs and current situation of the client. It's not just about the workout itself - they are also happy to advise on nutrition and thanks to informal conversation they can create a pleasant atmosphere and improve your mood. I definitely recommend it. For me, one of the best places to workout with a trainer in the area.
