It's a truly phenomenal gym! It's got more equipment and features than anything that you'll find. Now the downside is, it's expensive, it's primarily designed for LSU students and faculty. You do have some options to get family membership if you are related to someone that works at the university, etc. So it's not cheap, you pay for what you get. State of the art facilities , state of the art equipment, three-story running path, pools, lazy river, climbing walls.... It's truly amazing. Check it out. You can always get a guest pass if you have someone you know that goes there.
It's everything recreational. Rock climbing, lazy river, indoor and outdoor lap pools. The best part is the water s chilled around 68 degrees.
Does not allow guest passes past 8pm even if you arrive 10 minutes before 8 and there is a long line.
