Athletic Studio is the type of room that fits me perfectly, as proof for more than 6 months come to them. I like the atmosphere here, I like that Andreia believes in me and always helps me to overcome my limits (stay longer with a minute on the stepper from one workout to another or resist the board with 30 seconds longer than the date above). Also, the workouts combined with the diet to accelerate metabolism proposed by Studio Atletica have made the results appear, and my greatest motivation was that I dropped about 15 cm at the abdomen. I recommend Athletic Studio with all confidence! 💪
