Hands down the best gym available equipment clean organize, from the awesome trainers if you need one on one training they will bring out the best in you to Todd , and the owner Charlie the best. I recommend this gym to anyone especially if your looking for a gym that is 24hrs💪🏾💪🏾.
I discovered this gym because of the trainer I am working with, Justin. He is a gem. The gym as well has great amenities and equipment. They make it possible to use it at whatever level and in whatever time frame you need to. There's always a good atmosphere and it's clean. It actually has a lot of security at the door. I notice it tends to attract those who are competing in various events, and they accommodate these people in a variety of ways.
I love this gym, the equipment is really taken care of and there's so much variety. I love the layout of all the machines, it's super easy to get a workout done efficiently and it's never crazy packed. I can workout at any point in time during the day and never have to wait crazy long for a machine to be available like at franchise gyms. Amazing all around!
Best gym I have ever been in!! I have been all over the world and Advance Fit has everything every bodybuilder, powerlifter, fitness etc.... needs plus more. Charlie the owner is a great coach and owner. He is constantly updating equipment and ensuring the gym is in great condition at all times. Definitely a gym worth coming to and becoming a member.
WOW!!! So much to say about the Advance Fit gym and its staff. I came to AF back in May of 2023 looking for a new coach and wanting to compete in my first-ever bodybuilding show. Coach Charlie was more than willing to take me on, making me an official athlete of Advance Fit. Not only did I compete in my first show in August 2023, but I also got to have a coach who was very involved from the day I stepped foot into his gym. From custom workouts, meal plans, training seasons, and losing seasons. Charlie does it all!!! The gym itself is amazing! It has all the equipment needed to grow and reach your fitness goals. The gym is never crazily crowded like your everyday Crunch gym. Everyone who is a member of AF is super nice and approachable if you need a spotter or have questions. The staff is a 10 out of 10! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and always wants to see everyone reach their full athletic potential. This gym is not just for competitors, it's a gym that is open to all who want to focus on their health and wellness. I have been to a handful of gyms and I can proudly say this is my favorite place to workout at. We are a family at AF and that's the best environment to learn and grow.
