I just wanted to come on here and say that maria and brenda are two passionate instructors that truly love what they do. They make every class enjoyable and motivational. As someone who struggles with anxiety and uses these classes to relax and cope i find it crucial to have encouraging supportive instructors and environments and i truly feel this every time i walk into the studio and take a class with either of them. Thank you all for being a wonderful community to be a part of 💙

The teachers are incredibly talented and patient — they make everyone feel confident and supported. The class is not only a complete workout but also an artistic experience full of creativity and expression. Plus, it’s so much fun! Okay so… I am a fitness girl who is used to weight lifting. It’s what I’ve done forever. I am confident there, but in other departments I lack the confidence. Thanks to my friend Ardanny recommending this place I decided to give it a try. This is only my second class and I am in love! It’s so beautiful inside, it’s very private, there’s a ton of natural lighting, the owner is the nicest woman I’ve ever met, and the teacher for my class Brenda is amazing. Also pole dancing not only has helped me to gain confidence already, it makes me feel free and sexy and it’s a KILLER workout ❤️😍 I make an hour long journey to get here but it’s now becoming a requirement in my week!!

Obsessed with this studio. The facility is clean and updated. The teachers are very knowledgeable and teach you proper techniques while being supportive. Even if you are a beginner it is a very constructive environment and you learn a lot, all while getting a great workout. The owner is kind, warm and welcoming. After going to Miami Pole, you don’t ever want to go anywhere else. It’s the best!
