A member in June 2024, two stars: "Lost. You have to ask 3 times for anything. No captain no assistant nothing. 45 minutes for just a meal!!! Disrespectful. Finally, too hot."

Look at that four-star carefully. He's positive overall and he still reports crowding and bad smells. When someone rating a place well volunteers that it stinks, I believe him more than I'd believe a one-star saying the same thing.
So across three reviewers spanning 2018 to 2024: crowded, smelly, too hot. That's a ventilation story, and it's the most consistent thread in the record. Three people, three different years, three different ratings.
The Contradiction I Can't Resolve
The August 2018 member says "good space." The January 2022 member says "very tight in space."
Those can't both describe the same room the same way. My hypothesis, and I'm naming it a hypothesis: the 2018 review pairs "good space" with "crowded," so he may mean the floor is large but full of people, while the 2022 reviewer experienced it as cramped. That's a quiet, precise observation about how the place works. Nobody's going to correct your form unless you go and ask. He's not complaining, exactly. He's telling you the model. If you're a beginner who wouldn't know to ask, that matters a lot.
