The Gym London Colindale shows 4.4 from 1,131 reviews - a genuinely large sample - and its five written reviews describe strong, named coaching alongside one real, specific access failure worth knowing before you rely on 24-hour locker access.

A Detailed Postpartum Training Account

Aurela Marku's review is the most substantial and specific in this batch: "I can't recommend Sherry enough as a fitness coach. She supported me through my entire pregnancy journey... Not only did she help me stay strong physically, but she also helped me reconnect with myself and find my identity again so quickly after giving birth. Sherry pushed me in the best possible way, always believing in me even when I doubted myself. Just two months postpartum, I had already lost all my pregnancy weight, and now 7 months later I feel better, stronger, and more confident than ever before." I'd flag this specific timeline - two months postpartum, then continued progress at seven months - as one client's documented account of a coach's support through pregnancy and recovery specifically, not a guarantee of similar results for anyone else's body or circumstances.

A Serious, Specific Access Failure

Kirsty Morris's one-star review describes a real problem, worth reading in full: "Past 12-1am the women's locker room wasn't opening for me, I tried scanning the QR code as well as typing my pin, and it would just tell me 'you do not appear to have access to this gym' despite having the ultimate membership, being 18+, and having London Colindale as my home gym. Therefore I couldn't gain access to my bag, which had my wallet inside of it." That's a specific, technical access failure during very late hours - worth knowing about directly if you plan to train overnight, since a locked-out locker room during off-peak hours could leave you without your belongings.

A Named Trainer, Credited for a Strong First Impression

Naduni Abeywickrama's review names a different staff member: "Great local gym with a wide range of equipment and a really welcoming atmosphere... I met Oliver on the first day and he took the time to explain how to use all the equipment properly, which made me feel comfortable right away. I also really enjoy his Fit Pump classes; always energetic, motivating, and fun!" That's a specific account of a positive first-day onboarding experience, distinct from Sherry's longer-term postpartum coaching relationship.

Consistent Confirmation From Shorter Reviews

Niraj Kansagra's review keeps things brief but positive: "Excellent gym with a welcoming vibe and a great range of equipment. The atmosphere keeps me motivated, and every visit is enjoyable." Daniel Dos Santos adds a practical detail: "Good gym. Great staff. The gym has 2 floors, lots of machines. It has parking nearby, not owned by the gym."

What's Missing

No review states exact membership pricing across the different tiers, though Kirsty's review references an "ultimate membership" tier by name. Nothing confirms whether the specific overnight locker room access glitch has since been fixed.

Who It's Not For

Anyone training during very late overnight hours who needs guaranteed locker access - one detailed, recent review describes a real access failure during that window. Anyone who needs gym-owned parking, since one reviewer specifically notes nearby parking isn't operated by the gym itself.

I can’t recommend Sherry enough as a fitness coach. She supported me through my entire pregnancy journey and I’m so grateful I found her. Not only did she help me stay strong physically, but she also helped me reconnect with myself and find my identity again so quickly after giving birth. Sherry pushed me in the best possible way, always believing in me even when I doubted myself. Just two months postpartum, I had already lost all my pregnancy weight, and now 7 months later I feel better, stronger, and more confident than ever before all thanks to her guidance, motivation, and support. I still train with her now because I genuinely love her training sessions and honestly can’t miss them. She makes every session enjoyable while still pushing you to become the best version of yourself. She is truly amazing at what she does, and beyond being an incredible coach, she genuinely cares about her clients. I’m forever thankful for everything she’s done for me.

i’m not sure what happened but past 12-1am the women’s locker room wasn’t opening for me, i tried scanning the qr code as well as typing my pin, and it would just tell me “you do not appear to have access to this gym” despite having the ultimate membership, being 18+, and having london colindale as my home gym. therefore i couldn’t gain access to my bag, which had my wallet inside of it. thankfully it’s locked but very unfortunate this happened.
