Hotel New Otani Makuhari

The room that we stayed in was quite small but very clean. Nice view of Yokohama from the window. All high quality fittings, including desk and table lamps. Large flat 50" Panasonic LED TV. Fridge was stocked with (alcoholic)beverages. Provided soap, shampoo and conditioner are of high quality. This is the only one of 4 hotels with a built-in bedside fm radio!

Excellent customer service. The staff is totally competent and extremely polite Very good for individuals and families. Outstanding facilities for large social and business events. Not far from Haneda Airport. The train station is walking distance, so you can get to the center of Tokyo very easily while at the same time interacting with the nice Japanese people.

Excellent hotel. The elevators resemble the cover of the movie The Great Gatsby. The food is tasty, the chef prepares great Japanese food. It would be cool if the gym and swimming pool were included in the room rate, perhaps, would use the service. Thanks for the great service ❤️

Very easy access to Makuhari Messe. The staff is wonderful and accommodating, the food is great - love their breakfast buffet spread (though I like to have a simple Japanese breakfast). The teppanyaki at Keyaki is wonderful and offers a great view of the bay. The rooms are a bit dated and furniture could use a refresh, but otherwise the hotel is very comfortable.
