Paraestra Tokyo is a dojo where you can receive direct instruction from professor Yuki Nakai, not only jiu-jitsu, but also all martial arts. Mr. Nakai's class is filled with a bright atmosphere anyway, most of all, because Mr. Nakai continues to speak all the time. Nakai Logic is scattered in the joke, and it makes me feel that I can get it just by experiencing it. Old and young. It is a valuable martial arts dojo where foreign visitors can be seen and international exchanges are also common.

I knocked the door and Yuki Nakai just said: konnichuwa, sightseeing welcome, come in please! Excellent BJJ school, run by a living legend in the sport.

Excellent MMA/Jiu-Jitsu gym ran by the first Japanese black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Yuki Nakai. Highly recommended!
