Dropped in on a Sunday with my wife while we were visiting family. Coachs and athletes were all very nice and very welcoming. If we still lived in Augusta this would be on the top of our list of CrossFit boxes for sure.... Read more

I've never been to a gym where everyone wants you to be successful and encourages you on! The coaches all ensure our technique is right first in an effort to keep us healthy and safe. The people quickly become a second family that loves to see you reach and every day! I never knew fitness could be so fun and I could reach the levels I have while here at CF 706! If you're looking for a place to plug in check it out. CrossFit, running club, barbell classes, from 7 to 70 this place has it all.
