I tried a few of the gyms in Girona when I first moved here. While they were okay, there's such a positive difference at Punt Groc. For one, the other members are really nice people. I've made some great friends here over the years. The gym has also expanded and is updated often, which means the equipment is in tip top shape and the trainers in the fitness room and monitor-led classes are always happy to give you tips to make sure you don't get hurt and have good posture. I appreciate all their help! The spinning class room is amazing with a giant screen that gives you lots of feedback on your performance based on the info you punch into the machine. Some of the instructors also use the screen to show videos, like scenes from films or actual cycling races to really motivate you. Highly recommended if you enjoy staying in shape or getting there in a friendly atmosphere.

Nice place reminds me of les mills back in nz. It's a bit too crowded for my taste, but the equipment is very new and prices are way better than surrounding places. Solid place. Noice

Very clean gym from lockers to equipments. Staff is proficient enough in English. One time admission is 8 euros.

Nice equipment, but so overly crowded, it takes 2 hours to get a 45 minute workout in. If you stick to only going when university students are on holiday breaks, you may be okay, but if you don’t have many hours a week to spend waiting for equipment, you may find it frustrating.
