Started working out here because of late work hours. Despite some negative reviews, I’ve had a great experience here and is "my gym" - so let me set the record straight! It’s smaller than most SATS gyms, yes, but has everything you need for a solid workout across all focus areas and props for the cardio space :)) & honestly, this being smaller is also a plus for me Lockers, showers, and washrooms are clean and well maintained (last week the men's lockers has a pleasant fruity smell) It can get busy, but I’ve never had to wait for a machine. Point - there are plenty of benches and a good selection of free weights. Equipment is older (sent a photo of the row/pulldown station to my dad), but every single thing works smoothly (some older legacy equipment I found here work better than newer ones from not-so-good manufacturers). The older equipment adds to the ambience too - it's cool! Staff are quite friendly, and it’s nice seeing familiar faces due to the smaller size. Cardio space even has a decent view on a nice day Not the biggest gym, yes, but it has a welcoming, neighborhood vibe and it's chill and good to stay hyperfocused. Loving it! 5 stars - just wish it stayed open later on weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun) (Saturdays for sure! Everyone would agree 😂)
An air-conditioning would be nice, some fans around the gym isn't quite enough to keep you cool these summer days. Good selection of gym equipment. Often less people than in other SATS gyms. No sauna.
Not as big as the others but has all facilities needed. Great staff. Can have better opening hours on weekends.
I walked in, I saw the size of the place and how much people there was there in that small area, and I walked straight out, hell nah.
Definitely the least enjoyable of all the SATS gyms I've trained at over the years. Poor value for the full membership price. Very small, claustrophobic floorspace filled with mostly old equipment and benches in desperate need of replacement. Despite having a small calisthenics gym section, the ceilings are so low that you can't even do proper pull/chin-ups without your head hitting the ceiling panels, which kind of defeats the purpose of having it in the first place.
