Great for letting loose, feeling good, getting in shape, and having a laugh; the instructors look after you and make sure you use the technique correctly; I can't go a day without practicing now, and I'm 60 years old!!!

Very motivating fit boxing (boxing with individual bags) group sessions. Done as a choreography, 8 rounds of 2 minutes. As intense or technical as you want it to be 😉 Very nice people, very good rhythms.

If you like to sweat for 45 minutes it's definitely the place! The course is easy to follow, everybody is welcome whatever his level! The music will help you keep the rhythm as well as the instructor! At the end of the session you even have your score based on your performance (there are captors in the sand bag!) it's not place to learn how to box but definitely a place to do a nice cardio!
