I'm very weary of this place, but as far as a GYM it is EXCELLENT. They have plenty of cardio machines, with t.v.s on each, they have a "movie" room, they have pretty much everything you could ever want. We are millitary, I have just come from an installation that had a brand new state of the art gym, and this was is comparable. Their "personal trainers" are overpriced, I would never use them, only one guy looks like he actually works out and I haven't seen him in a month, there is an older woman she is pretty buff, but the rest of the females are bigger than I am, and the men are not "muscular" like you would expect a trainer to be. I opened a bank account specifically for this gym so when I cancel I'll cancel the card, I'm not playing that game with them. They are very pushy. I brought up the concern of 600-700 I don't remember the exact number of BBB complaints and the guy talked so much I just gave up I wasn't going to argue with him, he wouldn't shut the hell up! I left my sunglasses at the front and they were there when I got back although I will never do that again. That is his fault he left them. I left my keys in the open workout area on the top floor, I went back for them and they were missing. Somebody stole them (yes my keys!) I'm not blaming it on management but I know I left them there and not even 30 minutes later they were gone. Great equipment, a "female only" workout area, locker room is awesome, lots of equipment and weights. I don't bother with the extras, I just go there and work out by myself, and so far so good!
They will not let you cancel. You have to fight with the bank to get them to quit charging you.
