Nos lo fue explicando todo desde el primer momento e hizo todo lo posible para poder ver la cara de nuestra nena, ya que no lo puso fácil en ningún momento (ponía pies, manos y todo lo que pudiera delante de su cara). We were there yesterday seeing our baby's face, and Oana was absolutely wonderful with us! She was so kind and attentive. The experience was magical.
