Sports center where quality Krav Maga is taught and practiced. Excellent teachers and the facilities are perfect for practicing this and other martial arts. There are also collective cardiovascular training classes, as well as pilates.

A highly recommended site for Krav maga, self defense, boxing, general contact sports. All the facilities to learn and integrate. Krav maga instructor Alfonso Ruiz is a good person, understandable and demanding. Estefanía is another of the many multifaceted professionals who teach in this great school. In all the activities that are taught you can try a class before signing up, and I guarantee that if you try it you will not regret it. And an important fact is that they will not use you to sparring.
