I had a 10min visit from club, looked nice ! McKenzie was great , she absolutely understand my timing, brief and helpful. I hope other Xsport Managers follow her and listen to clients before they want to sell you something! Well done !
ONE STAR- I recently joined this gym over the telephone and came for first time. I let the person know at the front desk I am a new member and this was my first time. The response I received is if you have any questions let me know. My first question was, "Where are the locker rooms?" and he pointed me in the direction. After I got dressed I let another person know I am a new member can you tell me where to get water. She pointed me in the right direction. Am I asking too much with being a new member who has never been to this facility and does not know what is offered or where everything is to maybe get a tour. I guess that happens when they are trying to get you to join. I hope I have a better experience tomorrow. FOUR STAR - I went back the second day and fortunately the person who took my membership over the phone was there. I received a tour and learned what the gym offers. I am looking forward to their one area similar to Orange Therapy to give that a try.
Okay after sending my certified letter cancelling the membership and training I have received one refund back for said unused training. I assume that means the membership has been cancelled. Thank you. PS. I am raising 2 additional stars because the gym does have a nice setup...dirty and broken sometimes, but nice
Another company that makes a dime by misleading its customers. If you get a month free promotion you better start near or on the first of the month or you're not really getting any deal. Other than that not a bad gym. Locker rooms could be cleaner.
One star if there is less than that I would put no stars at all, I went yesterday to the gym I used my membership card and person in front desk stopped me for 20 min for something silly because my card blank, I have to call customer service since I called and check all my info was there nothing wrong with it , they said everything looks fine and they didn't know why they stopped me for 20min and probably the front desk people were mean because they have bad attitude and if the card is blank they supposed to gave me new one. poor service in front desk and was bad handling issue from Manager too, I didn't believe the rate here till I saw everything by myself. I don't recommend this place at all. I would go to 24 hours fitness better attitude, nice people which's really helpful and they welcoming you with smile and treat customer well.
