Absolutely love practicing at Lifeyoga. The space, the energy, and the overall experience make you want to keep coming back. One of the things I appreciate most is that every teacher brings a unique style and perspective to the mat, some make you feel grounded, some gently push your limits, and some help you simply slow down and reconnect. That variety has made my practice much more enjoyable and consistent. Grateful to have found a place where yoga truly feels like a way of life, not just another fitness class :)
One of my favorite places in the city! I’ve been going here for group yoga classes for about 3 years now. Never booked often because it’s always felt too expensive. But whenever I do, it’s a beautiful experience. The facility and infrastructure are immaculate. The front staff is always sweet, except when I’ve been late, but even then I’ve easily been able to reschedule or even just use the shower and steam (which btw, favorite parts!!!) Have tried many different classes. And each one has been lovely. Except one where a teacher sung a lot while instructing, which too, was just unexpectedly funny. I’ve always enjoyed the food at Eleved too! I think my most recent Raj Kachori meal was the least exciting. But otherwise, the food and drinks have been wonderful! Highly recommend the place. Been eyeing the membership for a long long time now, hoping someone gifts it to me soon haha. Or I get a sweet discount somehow. Manifesting!
