Just been, and had a valentine’s special treatment with Kim. So relaxing, and my skin feels lovely! Will definitely be back for more treatments! Kim is very professional, and cares about the job she’s doing, which shows in her work. The gym and swimming pool areas are amazing, I love the fact that it’s a small gym and very friendly! The pool is amazing, because it a walk in pool and it’s lovely and warm! There are other facilities, that I’ve not used yet.

The previous negative reviews have focused too much on this place being ‘dated’. It’s not modern or posh. We didn’t use the gym. The pool facilities were amazing , spotlessly clean, warm pool and a proper hot jacuzzi. Sauna great. The natural light and views are great too. Ellie was lovely. Very helpful, friendly and engaging.

A quiet friendly gym. Welcomes all abilities. Perfect if your looking to kick stat your fitness journey. With dedicated staff you be sure to achieve your goals in a non intimidating gym. With members of ages, even up to 90!

I've visited on a few occasions and been very impressed. The pool is the warmest I've ever experienced and the Jacuzzi is lovely and right beside the pool. It never seems too busy. I was disappointed by the gym, which is small and doesn't have many machines. The changing rooms are spacious and very clean. Plenty of lockers and hairdryers. There is a sauna within the changing rooms which is lovely. It's really nice to visit, you can chill out and then have a drink in the bar.

I have been a member for the last 5 years, I have seen it on the down hill but it is now on the up. Not that big a gym but all you need for a work out and the team are friendly and the pool is great too. Improvements are being done bit by bit and if it wasn't for a new job in a different area I'd be staying. I will pop in to say hello. Good luck. If you are looking for a smaller gym byt friendly I'd give these guys a go.
