I love attending Sarah's classes at urban yoga, they are often the most relaxing part of my week! Always come out feeling renewed and at peace. I'd highly recommend urban yoga for those looking for peace and reflection in their week.

Urban Yoga is a lovely studio. Sarah and her team are friendly, professional, and offer a wonderful environment in a central location. They have a good variety of classes, it's very relaxed. I have found so much healing within these walls and am very grateful.

After scouring central Wellington for a yoga studio that met my wishes for style, aesthetic, and feel, Sarah's Urban Yoga studio has left me full of joy and gratitude after each session I have there. She has created a beautiful studio on the middle or the city and has collected a group of instructors and classes that I have found to be diverse and wonderful. My favourite is her Restorative class, and her Level 1-2 classes are always the right mix of challenge and quiet. Sarah, especially, does an incredible job creating ease, enabling people to feel capable and competent, wherever they are in their experience and practice, but also guided to stretch and grow, sinking more deeply in to the experience. Classes at Urban Yoga has been one of my happiest discoveries in the past year!
