One of the most beautiful yoga spaces I have visited. The owner and the yoga teacher Janette has dedicated her life to yoga. With some 30 years of experience, she is a pioneer of authentic healing yoga in Slovakia. Every class is a transforming journey within, whether you attend a relaxing yin yoga session or more dynamic one. Except for regular daily yoga classes, she conducts retreats in Slovakia and abroad, and offers massages and education in the mind-body-spirit areas of life. I wholeheartedly recommend visiting Viloma Yoga when you are in Trenčín.
