Mike and his family treat you like you're their family. Great instruction and the best prices in the state, by far. I have 4 kids doing kickboxing, American boxing and jiu-jitsu. I highly recommend this gym.

I was a 2x wrestling state finalist in highschool. Trained with Iowa Wrestlers and MMA fighters. Decided i would review all the places around the area. A few reasons why i would continue to train here. 1. The head black belt here is awesome! Very respectful! Also if i remember correctly her PERSONALLY trained with some of the Gracie Family - that value is almost nowhere. 2. Very humble hard working students. Everyone was so happy i was there and started to feel a very nice family vibe. 3. Teaches that Judo and Jiu Jitsu are a way and philosophy of life. He understands center of gravity and push and pull. 4. I purposely didn't bow when entering the Matt to see if he would correct me. He did and he did it very professionally and kind. Correction with kidness HUGE! Very positive experience. Still have a few other places to visit , but may become my new home. Updates to follow.

This place is the best Martial Arts school ever. I've training at alot of schools in the past but non compare to this one. As a sigle Mom I know if I had to I could protect my children and myself.

A great studio for the entire family! The kids programs encourage self-confidence, fun and proficiency in Judo and Jiu-Jitsu. For the teenagers and parents there are classes in yoga, muay thai and boxing. A great way to stay in shape and the instructors are knowledgeble, encouraging and friendly. Ladies- check out the self-defense class; IT'S A MUST!!
