I have been coming to Pure Pilates for almost two years, and it has become a very important part of my routine. What makes the studio special is not only the quality of the classes, but also the care and attention of the teachers. They really take the time to understand your body, your objectives, and any health concerns you may have. Every session feels personal, and the exercises are adapted with great attention to detail. I always feel supported, encouraged, and in very good hands. The communication is easy, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the studio is beautiful, calm, and very well equipped. I genuinely enjoy going there and always leave feeling better, stronger, and more balanced. I am very grateful to the whole Pure Pilates team and would recommend the studio without hesitation.
I’ve been training with Basia for the past seven weeks, adding pilates as a complement to my powerlifting routine — and it’s been a game changer. The sessions are thoughtfully structured, focusing on mobility, core strength, and body awareness, all of which directly support my performance under the bar.
Had an amazing Pilates sessions! At Pure Pilates you will find knowledgeable, patient, and created a welcoming atmosphere. The exercises were challenging yet doable, and I feel great afterward. Highly recommend for anyone looking to improve flexibility and strength!
Basia is a precise and meticulous teacher with attention to detail and a lot of respect for her students and their particular needs. With a big smile, a kind voice and her delicate hands, she makes you perform Pilates exercises you didn’t thought you were capable of doing. Whilst her Pilates style is very “authentic“ and “pure” (as the name of the studio says ;)), every lesson is different and tailored to your needs. Basia always asks questions and is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to body work and movement in general. But most importantly, she manages to make Pilates fun. I strongly recommend!
I took pilates from Barbara while traveling on business. Her studio is clean, bright and modern. I asked for a private in English and Barbara had great command of the language. The instruction was very clear and I had a fantastic workout. Highly recommended.
