Petie is the best teacher! I've been going to her for almost six years, and I'm spoiled. No one else can teach you how to be more attune with your body, work you harder than Petie.
Physique is a gift to Hudson Valley. I've studied with different teachers before but Petie is definitely the best!
I have taken Pilates and Gyrokinesis , both privately and in group classes with Siobahn for 4 years and she is a terrific instructor. I have seen positive changes in my overall strength, flexibility, posture and appearance in the time I have trained with her. The studio space is great, as is the equipment. Only positive things to say!
I have been taking Pilates with Petie for over 8 years. While I have worked out my whole life, this is the only exercise that I have done consistently for that length of time. I never get bored with it. Petie is an excellent instructor. She has great knowledge of the body and is able to adapt or modify your workout according to your needs. (Or aches and pains!) The classes are very challenging and she does a great job of changing the workouts each time you go. I feel very fortunate to have Physique and Petie in New Paltz!
